Ecore International and RB Rubber are pleased to announce that they have reached an agreement to settle all litigation relating to acoustical underlayment. Under the terms of the confidential agreement, RB Rubber has been granted a permanent, exclusive, royalty free license to make, have made, sell, offer to sell or import any product that is within the scope of any claim of United States Patent No. 6,920,723 B2, United States Reissue Patent No. RE1945 E or any and all other patents which have issued from, subsequently will be issued from or otherwise claim priority from U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 09/931,320 or otherwise claim priority from any application which is a continuation, divisional, or continuation-in-part thereof, or patents that result from a re-examination thereof.
